Parkway Baptist Church is conveniently located just south of I75/I64, exit 113, on North Broadway/US 27.  North Broadway/US 27, sometime called Harrodsburg Road, runs through the center of downtown Lexington next to  the Central Bank Convention Center and Rupp Arena.
